Matt & Lee

Matt and Lee Baldwin have formed an independent on farm consultancy business based in Southland. Matt and Lee both grew up on sheep and beef farms and have worked on numerous different operations and/or sectors within the agriculture industry. They formed the company in 2019 so that they can enjoy watching their young growing family while still being able to enjoy working with clients in an industry that they love.
